Thinking of a picnic while visiting Telluride? We have assembled a delectable gourmet food gift basket of snacks and hearty sandwiches or cheese and salami for you and a few of your closest friends to share whether you want to zoom off on a spontaneous hike or you find yourself standing in line for one of the festival events or simply sitting on the grass in Town Park.  Everywhere you look your eyes land on a compelling piece of Rocky Mountain eye candy.  The siren lure of the scenery pulling you out to explore is irresistible, you can see why people fall in love with Telluride. All this activity will, inevitably, stir periodic hunger pangs. A great meal at one of our fine restaurants may be the Holy Grail at the end of the day, but what to do until then?  Well, we have a solution which will help ease the growing rumbles from your stomach.

             Compostable Utensils, Plates, Cups, Napkins, Ice Pack as needed and Trash Bag

             Maple and Walnut Cutting Board – 5 x 7 in, small, easy to carry, but very attractive cutting board made in Dolores, Colorado.  During the  summer Rod farms and in the winter he retreats to his woodworking shop for his own projects and teaches 4 H kids too.

Main Food Entrée - Choose Either Option 1 or Option 2  –

                         Option 1 –    2 – Grilled Cheese Sandwiches – 1 Grilled Ham, Onion, RockHill Gruyere Cheese (Utah) with High Desert Chipotle Sauce (mild) (Colorado); and 1 Chile Relleno with Pepper Jack Cheese, Green Chile Strips, and Chipotle Sauce (mild).  Both sandwiches are made with              homemade Southwestern Taos Sunbread.

        2 – Quiche (single serving size) – Bacon, Applewood Smoked Goat Cheese (award winning, from Colorado), and Onions.

                        Option 2 –   Creminelli Barolo or Tartufo (Black Summer Truffle) Salami (award winning) 7 oz (Utah); Smoked Colorado Rainbow                                            Trout 4 oz; Beehive Cheese Co. – Coffee & Lavender Rubbed Cheddar 6 oz (Utah)

            Nita's Wheat & Sesame Crackers  4 oz - An artisan Flatbread Cracker hand made with finest quality ingredients.  Made in Fort Collins, Colorado.

            Chip Peddler Lime & Tortilla Chips  5 oz - Made in small batches, these Chips are the perfect compliment to a fine salsa.  Well, truth be told, they are also a great match for a smooth micro brew too.  Made in Durango, Colorado.

             Apple Canyon Gourmet Fire Roasted Salsa  16 oz - Take fresh Roma tomatoes, roast over an open flame with Chipotle Peppers, add a few spices and you have a fantastic flavor combination.  Made in Albuquerque, New Mexico. 

            Chip Peddler Potato Chips  5 oz - An artisanal Potato Chip made the old fashion way with local Potatoes in small batches. What food is not enhanced by a crispy side dish of Chips?  Made in Durango, Colorado.

            Santa Ana Pueblo Parched Corn Snack  8 oz - This roasted, lightly salted, Whole Kernel Corn product is a traditional Native American snack. Originally it was roasted in clay pots over open fireplaces.  Delicious and healthy.  Made at Santa Ana Pueblo, New Mexico.
